is Assemblage?
Actually,
assemblage art is the three-dimensional
cousin of collage. Assemblage
pieces are composed using found
objects, junk, an recycled materials
in place of paints, to convey
the composition and form created
by the artist. This art form
came into vogue during the 1950's
and artists such as Pablo Picasso,
Joan Miro, and Marcel Duchamp
expressed themselves through
