Artist Biography:
Weldon Ball, a retired Electrical Engineer living in Huntingdon, TN, is self-taught as a painter.  Weldon paints exclusively with a palette knife because it eliminates the need to clean brushes in smelly turpentine.  He can wipe the knife off and move from one color to another without contaminating the paints

"Color is most important to me.  I can get excited about color and when the colors are 'right', when they compliment and clash...Then the painting sings."
